Comparison review
The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has an overall score of 86.6, which is a bit better than the Asus ROG Phone 8's 79.5 global score. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has the older 10 version and Asus ROG Phone 8 has Android 14 version. Despite of the fact the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 is notably older and somewhat thicker than Asus ROG Phone 8, it's design is still just a little lighter.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a sharper screen than Xiaomi Black Shark 3, because although it has a bit lower pixel number per display inch, and they both have the same 1080 x 2400px resolution, the Asus ROG Phone 8 also counts with a little bigger screen. Asus ROG Phone 8 features a much bigger storage to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Black Shark 3, because it has 128 GB more internal memory capacity.

Asus ROG Phone 8 takes clearer videos and photos than Xiaomi Black Shark 3, because although it has a lot worse 50 megapixels resolution back facing camera and a smaller aperture which is worse for shooting photos and video in low light situations, it also counts with a larger camera sensor capturing better quality videos and photos and a way higher video definition.
