Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 9 is a little bit better than Asus ROG Phone 8, having an 83.2 score against 79.5. Despite of the fact that the Xiaomi Mi 9 is older than the Asus ROG Phone 8, it's body is thinner and way lighter. The Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi 9, because although it has a quite lower pixels density, it also counts with a bit larger display, a little higher 1080 x 2400px resolution and a way brighter screen.
Xiaomi Mi 9 counts with a much more powerful processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Asus ROG Phone 8 has a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Mi 9, because although it has a smaller aperture, it also counts with a lot larger back camera sensor capturing lot better quality videos and photographs, a lot better video definition and a higher 50 megapixels resolution camera in the back.
Asus ROG Phone 8 features a much bigger memory to install applications and games than Xiaomi Mi 9, because it has more internal memory. Asus ROG Phone 8 has a superior battery life than Xiaomi Mi 9, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity.
