Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has a general score of 81.2, which is a little bit better than Asus ROG Phone 8's 79.5 score. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2's construction is lighter and thinner than the Asus ROG Phone 8, despite of the fact that it was released 6 years before. The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 counts with a lot better hardware performance than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a much better looking display than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because although it has a just a bit lower pixel density, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a little bigger screen. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 features as much storage capacity for apps and games as the Asus ROG Phone 8 one, they have the same internal storage capacity.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a superior battery life than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because it has a 62 percent larger battery size. Asus ROG Phone 8 captures way better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because it has a way better resolution back-facing camera, a larger aperture, a way larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a lot higher 7680x4320 video resolution.
