Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a score of 88.9, which is better than the Asus ROG Phone 8's 79.5 score. Although it's the best phone we are comparing, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha is a notably older, just a little bit heavier and thicker phone than Asus ROG Phone 8. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has the older 10 version while Asus ROG Phone 8 has Android 14.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha counts with a much faster CPU than Asus ROG Phone 8. Both of them have a Octa-Core processing unit and a 12 GB RAM memory. The Asus ROG Phone 8 features a better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, although it has a little bit inferior pixels count in each display inch, a much lower 1080 x 2400 resolution and a quite smaller screen.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha features a much better storage capacity to install games and applications than Asus ROG Phone 8, because it has more internal memory capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 8 features a superior battery performance than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 8 captures much better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because although it has a much worse 50 mega pixels resolution back facing camera, a tinier sensor and a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for shooting photos or video in low-light environments, it also counts with a much better 7680x4320 video quality.
