Comparison review
Huawei Mate 8 is a bit better than Asus ROG Phone, getting a score of 77.4 against 77.1. Although the Huawei Mate 8 is much older than Asus ROG Phone, it's body is a bit thinner and just a little lighter. Asus ROG Phone features a bit more vivid screen than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Asus ROG Phone also has a quite better 1080 x 2160 resolution and a little higher count of pixels per inch of screen.
The Asus ROG Phone has a way bigger memory for games and applications than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity. The Asus ROG Phone features a bit better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have 8 cores, the Asus ROG Phone also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Huawei Mate 8 counts with a battery duration that is just as good as Asus ROG Phone's battery lifetime. Huawei Mate 8 captures way better videos and photos than Asus ROG Phone, although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not nice for low-light captures and videos, they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rates.
Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, Huawei Mate 8 is also very cheap compared to the other ones, making buying this phone an easy decision.
