Comparison review
The Huawei Mate X is much better than the Asus ROG Phone, having a score of 89.4 against 77.1. Although the Huawei Mate X is newer than the Asus ROG Phone, it's much thicker and a lot heavier. Asus ROG Phone counts with a bit sharper screen than Huawei Mate X, although it has a really smaller screen, a little worse pixel amount in each inch of screen and a way lower resolution of 1080 x 2160px.
The Huawei Mate X features as much memory for applications, games, photos and videos as the Asus ROG Phone one, both have the same 512 GB internal storage capacity. Asus ROG Phone has a bit more powerful CPU than Huawei Mate X. Both of them have 8 cpu cores and the same RAM memory amount. The Huawei Mate X counts with a bit superior battery duration than Asus ROG Phone, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
The Huawei Mate X features a lot better camera than Asus ROG Phone, and although they both have the same aperture, the Huawei Mate X also has a much bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
Huawei Mate X costs a lot more than the Asus ROG Phone, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
