The Asus ROG Phone is a bit better than the LG G5, having a overall score of 77.1 against 76.1. Asus ROG Phone is a incredibly newer phone than LG G5, but it's incredibly heavier and thicker. The LG G5 has a little more vivid display than Asus ROG Phone, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution and a better pixel density.
The Asus ROG Phone features just a bit better processing power than LG G5, because it has more RAM memory and a higher number of cores. The LG G5 shoots greater photos and videos than Asus ROG Phone, although it has worse 30 fps video frame rates and a smaller camera sensor which provides a worse photo and video quality, they both have a same size camera aperture and the same 3840x2160 video definition.
Asus ROG Phone counts with much more storage capacity to store more apps and games than LG G5, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory. The Asus ROG Phone has a really longer battery life than LG G5, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 2800mAh.
Although Asus ROG Phone is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG G5, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG G5. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy the LG G5, letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
