LG G8 ThinQ is slightly better than the Asus ROG Phone, getting a general score of 84.3 against 77.1. LG G8 ThinQ is a just a little thinner and somewhat lighter phone than Asus ROG Phone, even though both were released only 5 months apart. LG G8 ThinQ counts with just a bit better screen than Asus ROG Phone, because it has a bit larger screen, a little bit more brightness, a better number of pixels per screen inch and a higher 1440 x 3120 resolution.

The Asus ROG Phone has a slightly bigger storage for applications and games than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 384 GB more internal storage capacity. The Asus ROG Phone counts with just a little better hardware performance than LG G8 ThinQ, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Asus ROG Phone also has a higher amount of RAM.
