LG Q70 has a score of 77.9, which is a little bit better than Asus ROG Phone's 77.1 general score. LG Q70 is a newer phone, and it's also just a bit lighter and a bit thinner than Asus ROG Phone. Asus ROG Phone counts with just a little better performance than LG Q70, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Asus ROG Phone also has 4 GB more RAM.
Asus ROG Phone has a slightly better display than LG Q70, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2160 and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little greater pixel count in each display inch. The LG Q70 has a way better camera than Asus ROG Phone, although it has a tinier back camera sensor which offers a worse photo and video quality and lower video frame rate, they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and a same size aperture.
Asus ROG Phone counts with a lot bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than LG Q70, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory. LG Q70's battery lifetime is very similar to the Asus ROG Phone one.
