The Moto Z3 has a global score of 77.6, which is slightly better than the Asus ROG Phone's 77.1 general score. Even when Moto Z3 and Asus ROG Phone were only released with a couple months difference, Moto Z3 is extremely lighter and noticeably thinner. Asus ROG Phone has a bit more powerful CPU than Moto Z3, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Asus ROG Phone features a slightly better display than Motorola Moto Z3. Both of them have a same size display, the same resolution of 1080 x 2160 and the same pixels density. The Asus ROG Phone features much more storage capacity to store more apps and games than Moto Z3, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity.
The Asus ROG Phone features longer battery life than Moto Z3, because it has a 33 percent more battery size. Moto Z3 features a very superior camera than Asus ROG Phone, although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for shooting pictures and video in poorly lited situations, lower video frame rate and a tinier sensor which gives a worse image and video quality, they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
Even being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, Motorola Moto Z3 is also very cheap compared to the other phones, making this phone a great choice.
