Comparison review
The Galaxy A40 has a score of 79.6, which is just a bit better than Asus ROG Phone's 77.1 overall score. Galaxy A40 is a way lighter and just a little thinner device than the Asus ROG Phone, even when both of them were released only a few months apart. Asus ROG Phone features a bit faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A40, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Asus ROG Phone also has more RAM.
The Asus ROG Phone has a little sharper display than Galaxy A40, because although it has a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2160px and a quite worse display pixel density, it also counts with a quite larger display. Galaxy A40 takes greater videos and photos than Asus ROG Phone, because although it has a smaller sensor taking less light and washed colors and worse video frame rates, and they both have the same video definition, the Galaxy A40 also counts with a bigger aperture.
The Asus ROG Phone counts with a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy A40, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory.
