Galaxy A9 (2018) has a general score of 85.2, which is much better than the Asus ROG Phone's 77.1 global score. Even though Galaxy A9 (2018) and Asus ROG Phone were released only 1 months apart, Galaxy A9 (2018) is just a bit lighter and a bit thinner. The Asus ROG Phone has a bit better processing power than Galaxy A9 (2018), and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Asus ROG Phone also has 2 GB more RAM.
The Asus ROG Phone has a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018), because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2160px and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit better count of pixels per inch in the screen. Galaxy A9 (2018) counts with a very superior camera than Asus ROG Phone, because although it has slower video frame rate and a smaller camera sensor which provides a worse image and video quality, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Galaxy A9 (2018) also counts with a bigger aperture.
