Comparison review
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 has an overall score of 94.6, which is a lot better than the Asus ROG Phone's 77.1 global score. Galaxy Z Fold 2's construction is newer and much thinner than the Asus ROG Phone's, although it's notably heavier. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 features a bit faster CPU than Asus ROG Phone, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
Asus ROG Phone counts with a slightly better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a much lower resolution of 1080 x 2160px and a really smaller display, it also counts with a quite better quantity of pixels in each inch in the display. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 takes a lot better videos and photos than Asus ROG Phone, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the same video frame rates and a same size diafragm aperture, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has a lot larger camera sensor providing a lot higher image quality.
The Asus ROG Phone has a superior storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, because it has 512 GB internal memory capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 features just a little better battery lifetime than Asus ROG Phone, because it has a 13% greater battery capacity.
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 costs a lot more than the Asus ROG Phone, but you can get a much better phone for that extra dollars.
