The Asus ROG Phone has an overall score of 77.1, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's global score of 76.6. Asus ROG Phone's body is just a bit thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, although it's just a bit heavier and was released about a year before. The Asus ROG Phone counts with a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a bit worse 1080 x 2160 pixels resolution and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit better pixels density.
Asus ROG Phone has a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone also has a greater amount of RAM. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a much better camera than Asus ROG Phone, because although it has slower video frame rates, and they both have a same size diafragm aperture and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a much bigger back-facing camera sensor which gives a way higher photo and video quality.
