Even though the Huawei Mate 40 Pro is noticeably thicker than the Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra, it's a little bit lighter and notably newer. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei Mate 40 Pro has 10 version while Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
