Comparison review
The LG G5 has a score of 76.1, which is slightly better than Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra's 73.3 global score. Both phones we compare here work with Android operating system, but LG G5 has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version and Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version, providing the user some additional features. Even though LG G5 and the Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra were released only a couple months apart, the LG G5 body is just a bit thicker but also notably lighter.
LG G5 counts with a little better hardware performance than Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra, although it has a lower number of cores , they both have a 4 GB RAM. LG G5 counts with a more vivid screen than Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a lot greater display pixels density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.
The LG G5 features a camera that's just as good as the Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra one, because although the LG G5 has a lower (4K) video definition and a lot lower resolution back camera, it also counts with a larger aperture to capture better low-light captures. The Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra counts with a slightly bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than LG G5, because although it has an external memory slot that admits 1,76 TB smaller, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra features a much better battery lifetime than LG G5, because it has a 64% bigger battery capacity.
