Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 98, which is a lot better than the Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra's 73.3 global score. Both devices in this review work with Android OS, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has 13 version and Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's construction is newer and just a little bit lighter than the Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra's, but it's noticeably thicker.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more vivid display than Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra, because it has a way greater screen pixels density, a bit bigger display and a way higher 1440 x 3200 resolution. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little better hardware performance than Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has 8 GB more RAM memory.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a better memory capacity for applications and games than Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1000 GB.
