Comparison review
The Galaxy S7 edge is a little bit better than the Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra, with a overall score of 78.1 against 73.3. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but the Galaxy S7 edge has the newer 8.0 Oreo version and Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra has Android 6.0 Marshmallow, so it offers a couple additional features and enhanced performance. Although the Galaxy S7 edge and Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra were only released 4 months apart, the Galaxy S7 edge body is just a little thicker but also incredibly lighter.
Galaxy S7 edge counts with a little better hardware performance than Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra, although it has an inferior number of cores , they both have 4 GB of RAM. Samsung Galaxy S7 edge features a brighter screen than Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution and a way higher amount of pixels per inch of display.
The Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra counts with much more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy S7 edge, and although they both have a SD card slot that admits up to 200 GB, the Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra also has 128 GB internal memory. The Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra captures a little bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for capturing photographs and videos in low light situations and worse video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra also counts with a camera in the back with a much higher resolution.
Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra has superior battery duration than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a 4600mAh battery size.
