The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is better than the Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra, having a general score of 85.6 against 73.3. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 has an older 11 version while Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
