Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi Max is a bit better than Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra, having a 77.5 score against 73.3. Although Xiaomi Mi Max and Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra were released only 2 months apart, Xiaomi Mi Max's body is just a bit thicker but lighter. Xiaomi Mi Max features a little sharper screen than Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1080 x 1920 resolution, the Xiaomi Mi Max also counts with a quite higher number of pixels per inch of display.
The Xiaomi Mi Max's CPU is very similar to Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra's CPU, they have a Octa-Core CPU and 4 GB of RAM memory. Xiaomi Mi Max has slightly more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Xiaomi Mi Max also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 256 GB.
Xiaomi Mi Max counts with just a little better battery life than Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra, because it has 4850mAh of battery capacity instead of 4600mAh. The Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra captures a little bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max, because although it has lower 24 frames per second video frame rate, and they both have the same aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Asus ZenFone 3 Ultra also counts with a back-facing camera with a way higher 23 MP resolution.
