Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a score of 76.6, which is just a bit better than the Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom's overall score of 76.2. Even though Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is way newer than the Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom, it is thicker and somewhat heavier. Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom features a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little better pixel count per display inch.
The Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom counts with a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because it has a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB and 64 GB more internal memory. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's processing unit is very similar to the processing unit in Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom, and although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has 1 GB less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 captures much clearer photos and videos than Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for shooting photographs in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a much bigger sensor which provides a lot better photo and video quality and a much better 48 megapixels resolution back-facing camera.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a battery lifetime that is just as good as Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom's battery performance, although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has 5020mAh of battery capacity against 5000mAh.
