The Galaxy W has an overall score of 57.8, which is a bit better than the Asus ZenFone 4's global score of 52.6. Galaxy W is a much older and just a little bit thicker device than Asus ZenFone 4, but Samsung could make it a bit lighter anyway. Both devices in this review come with Android OS, but Galaxy W has an older 2.3 version and Asus ZenFone 4 has Android 4.4.
The Samsung Galaxy W counts with a bit sharper display than Asus ZenFone 4, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same resolution of 800 x 480px, the Samsung Galaxy W also counts with a just a bit higher screen density. The Asus ZenFone 4 has a better storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy W, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Asus ZenFone 4 also has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 64 GB.
Galaxy W has a bit better performance than Asus ZenFone 4, because although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster) and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. Samsung Galaxy W features greater battery performance than Asus ZenFone 4, because it has a 25% larger battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy W captures much clearer pictures and videos than Asus ZenFone 4. Both of them have a back facing camera with a 5 mega-pixels resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy W not only is the best devices in this comparison, but it's also a lot cheaper, making this phone a no doubt choice.
