Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 8 is slightly better than the Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, with a 79.5 score against 75.5. Both devices we compare here work with Android operating system, but the Asus ROG Phone 8 has 14 version and Asus ZenFone 4 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Although the Asus ROG Phone 8 is a lot newer than the Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, it is noticeably heavier and thicker.
Asus ZenFone 4 Pro features a very superior processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a better looking display than Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, because although it has a quite lower count of pixels per display inch, it also counts with a bigger screen and a bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution.
Asus ZenFone 4 Pro has a greater storage capacity to install games and applications than Asus ROG Phone 8, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. Asus ROG Phone 8 takes greater photos and videos than Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for low-light captures and videos, it also counts with a back camera with much more mega-pixels, a way better video resolution and a way larger sensor which offers a lot better photo and video quality.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a much better battery lifetime than Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, because it has a 53 percent more battery capacity.
