Comparison review

The LG V30S ThinQ is a little bit better than the Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, getting an 82.5 score against 75.5. Both of these devices work with the same Android 8.0 Oreo OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any difference regarding that. The LG V30S ThinQ is a just a little lighter and just a little thinner phone than the Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, even when they were released only a couple of months apart.

LG V30S ThinQ features a little bit better display than Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, because it has a higher pixel number in each screen inch, a little bit bigger display and a much higher 1440 x 2880 resolution. LG V30S ThinQ has a better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, and although they both have an external SD slot that admits up to 1,95 TB, the LG V30S ThinQ also has 128 GB internal storage.

The LG V30S ThinQ features a processor that's very similar to Asus ZenFone 4 Pro's CPU, they have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core CPU. LG V30S ThinQ captures a bit better photographs and videos than Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, because although it has a smaller back-facing camera sensor capturing less light and duller colors, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same (4K) video resolution, the LG V30S ThinQ also counts with a back camera with lot more megapixels and a larger diafragm aperture for better images in poorly lited environments.

The Asus ZenFone 4 Pro features a little longer battery duration than LG V30S ThinQ, because it has 3600mAh of battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.

LG V30S ThinQ is a lot more expensive than the Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
