The Galaxy A42 is better than the Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, having a global score of 87 against 75.5. The Galaxy A42 is a a lot newer cellphone than the Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, although it is thicker and a bit heavier. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy A42 has older 11 version while Asus ZenFone 4 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo.
