Comparison review
The Xperia 1 III has a score of 93.3, which is much better than Asus ZenFone 4 Pro's global score of 75.5. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Xperia 1 III has the previous 11 version and Asus ZenFone 4 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo. The Xperia 1 III is a notably newer device than Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, although it is a bit thicker and just a little heavier.
The Xperia 1 III has a little bit better performance than Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 III also has a higher amount of RAM. The Xperia 1 III has a brighter display than Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, because it has a bigger screen, a much greater pixel count per screen inch and a lot better resolution of 1644 x 3840.
The Xperia 1 III features a much better camera than Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, and although they both have the same aperture, the same 3840x2160 video definition and a same resolution back camera, the Xperia 1 III also has a much larger back-facing camera sensor capturing way better quality pictures and higher 120 frames per second video frame rates.

The Sony Xperia 1 III counts with improved battery life than Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 3600mAh.
Xperia 1 III is a lot more expensive than the Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, but you can get a much better phone for that few extra dollars.
