Comparison review
Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has a general score of 86.6, which is better than the Asus ZenFone 4 Pro's general score of 75.5. Even though the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 is notably newer than Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, it's way thicker and incredibly heavier. Both phones in this review have Android OS, but Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has older 10 version while Asus ZenFone 4 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 features a little bit better performance than Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 also has more RAM memory. Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has a screen that's just as good as the Asus ZenFone 4 Pro one, because although the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has a just a little lower pixels density, it also counts with a larger screen and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2400.
The Asus ZenFone 4 Pro counts with a much greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Black Shark 3, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has improved battery performance than Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, because it has a 4720mAh battery size.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 counts with a way better camera than Asus ZenFone 4 Pro, because although it has a tinier camera aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 also counts with better video frame rates, a back camera with way more megapixels and a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting way better quality videos and photographs.
