Samsung Galaxy A51 has a much better looking screen than Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie, because it has a bigger screen, a way greater display pixels density and a much better 1080 x 2400px resolution.
The Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie features slightly more memory capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy A51, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD extension slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. Galaxy A51 shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie, because it has a lot higher resolution back-facing camera and a lot better 3840x2160 video definition.
Galaxy A51 counts with better battery duration than Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
The Samsung Galaxy A51 costs a bit more money than the Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie, but you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
