Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone is just a bit better than the Asus ZenFone 4, getting a 77.1 score against 74.2. Asus ROG Phone's construction is newer, but somewhat thicker and heavier than the Asus ZenFone 4. Asus ROG Phone counts with a screen that's very similar to the screen in Asus ZenFone 4, because although the Asus ROG Phone has less brightness, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2160px, a bit larger display and a little bit greater screen pixels density.
Asus ROG Phone features a bit better hardware performance than Asus ZenFone 4, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Asus ZenFone 4 counts with a very superior camera than Asus ROG Phone, although it has lower video frame rates, they both have the same video resolution, a F1.8 aperture and the same sensor size.
Asus ROG Phone features a superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Asus ZenFone 4, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity. Asus ROG Phone has superior battery life than Asus ZenFone 4, because it has a 4000mAh battery size instead of 3300mAh.
Although Asus ROG Phone is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Asus ZenFone 4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Asus ZenFone 4. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Asus ROG Phone, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Asus ZenFone 4, giving up a couple specs and features.
