The Huawei nova 3 is a bit better than Asus ZenFone 4, having a 76.3 score against 74.2. The Huawei nova 3 body is a bit thinner but a bit heavier than Asus ZenFone 4, and both of them were released only a couple of months apart. Both devices we compare here use Android OS, but Huawei nova 3 has newer 8.1 Oreo version and Asus ZenFone 4 has Android 8.0 Oreo.
The Huawei nova 3 has just a little better hardware performance than Asus ZenFone 4, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Huawei nova 3 also has more RAM. The Asus ZenFone 4 counts with a little sharper screen than Huawei nova 3, although it has a bit smaller screen, a little bit worse display pixels density and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920.
Asus ZenFone 4 has a bigger storage to install games and applications than Huawei nova 3, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. Huawei nova 3 takes clearer videos and photos than Asus ZenFone 4, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same camera aperture, the Huawei nova 3 also has a much more MP back facing camera.
The Huawei nova 3 features a bit superior battery lifetime than Asus ZenFone 4, because it has a 14 percent greater battery size.
