Comparison review

The LG V30S ThinQ is much better than the Asus ZenFone 4, getting a overall score of 82.5 against 74.2. LG V30S ThinQ's body is just a bit lighter and just a little thinner than the Asus ZenFone 4, although they were only released 4 months apart. These devices come with the same Android 8.0 Oreo OS, so you shouldn't perceive any difference in that aspect.

LG V30S ThinQ features a bit more vivid display than Asus ZenFone 4, because it has a way better 1440 x 2880 resolution, more pixels per inch of display and a quite larger screen. The LG V30S ThinQ counts with a little faster processing unit than Asus ZenFone 4, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the LG V30S ThinQ also has a greater amount of RAM.

The LG V30S ThinQ features more memory capacity for games and applications than Asus ZenFone 4, and although they both have an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB, the LG V30S ThinQ also has 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Asus ZenFone 4 and the LG V30S ThinQ feature really similar battery performance.

LG V30S ThinQ has a bit better camera than Asus ZenFone 4, because although it has a tinier sensor capturing less light and dull colors, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the LG V30S ThinQ also counts with a back facing camera with lot more MP and a larger aperture to take better low light captures and video.

Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Asus ZenFone 4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Asus ZenFone 4. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the Asus ZenFone 4, giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
