Motorola Moto G8 Plus is just a bit better than the Asus ZenFone 4, having a 77.6 score against 74.2. Even though the Motorola Moto G8 Plus is newer than the Asus ZenFone 4, it's heavier and thicker. The Asus ZenFone 4 counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Moto G8 Plus. Both of them have the same RAM memory amount and a Octa-Core processor.
Asus ZenFone 4 counts with a bit better looking display than Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920px and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a little greater number of pixels per inch in the display. Motorola Moto G8 Plus takes much better pictures and videos than Asus ZenFone 4, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same video definition, the Motorola Moto G8 Plus also has a lot more mega-pixels back facing camera, a lot larger back-facing camera sensor which gives a way higher image and video quality and a larger aperture for better images and video in low light environments.
Asus ZenFone 4 counts with much more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Moto G8 Plus, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Asus ZenFone 4 also has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. Moto G8 Plus counts with superior battery lifetime than Asus ZenFone 4, because it has a 21% larger battery capacity.
