Moto G9 Play is slightly better than the Asus ZenFone 4, having a 76.7 score against 74.2. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but Moto G9 Play has 10 version and Asus ZenFone 4 has Android 8.0 Oreo. The Moto G9 Play construction is a lot newer than the Asus ZenFone 4's, although it's somewhat heavier and thicker.
The Asus ZenFone 4 features a sharper display than Motorola Moto G9 Play, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch of display and a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920. The Asus ZenFone 4 has a much bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Moto G9 Play, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Asus ZenFone 4 also has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.
Asus ZenFone 4 has a little bit better hardware performance than Moto G9 Play. Both of them have a 4 GB RAM memory and 8 cores. The Moto G9 Play shoots better pictures and videos than Asus ZenFone 4, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Moto G9 Play also has a larger aperture to capture better low-light captures and videos, a much larger sensor capturing way better quality videos and pictures, a back camera with a lot better 48 MP resolution and higher video frame rate.
The Moto G9 Play counts with a way better battery lifetime than Asus ZenFone 4, because it has a 52 percent greater battery capacity.
