Galaxy Note 4 is slightly better than Asus ZenFone 4, getting a 79.2 score against 74.2. These phones come with Android OS, but Galaxy Note 4 has the previous 5.0 version while Asus ZenFone 4 has Android 8.0 Oreo. Galaxy Note 4's construction is much older, just a bit thicker and a little heavier than Asus ZenFone 4.

Asus ZenFone 4 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Note 4, and although they both have 8 cores, the Asus ZenFone 4 also has 1 GB more RAM memory. Galaxy Note 4 counts with a sharper screen than Asus ZenFone 4, because it has a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440, a better pixels count per inch in the display and a quite bigger display.

The Asus ZenFone 4 counts with a much bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Note 4, because it has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB and 64 GB internal memory. Asus ZenFone 4 has a bit better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity instead of 3220mAh.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Asus ZenFone 4, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for taking images or video in poorly lited situations and a tinier sensor taking less light and dull colors, and they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 also counts with a way more mega pixels camera.
