Comparison review
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a score of 94.6, which is a lot better than the Asus ZenFone 4's 74.2 overall score. Galaxy Z Fold 2's body is a lot newer and a bit thinner than the Asus ZenFone 4's, but it's also a lot heavier. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but the Galaxy Z Fold 2 has an older 11 version while Asus ZenFone 4 has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a bit faster processor than Asus ZenFone 4, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has a greater amount of RAM. Asus ZenFone 4 features a bit better screen than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a way smaller screen and a lot lower resolution of 1080 x 1920px, it also counts with a just a little higher pixel amount per inch of screen.
The Asus ZenFone 4 has a greater storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Asus ZenFone 4, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, a 12 MP camera in the back and a F1.8 aperture, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has a lot larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and better 60 fps video frame rates.
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 features longer battery lifetime than Asus ZenFone 4, because it has a 36% more battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Asus ZenFone 4, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Asus ZenFone 4. If you are trying to save some money, you can get Asus ZenFone 4, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most with your money.
