The Sony Xperia 5 II is much better than Asus ZenFone 4, with an 87.2 score against 74.2. Although the Sony Xperia 5 II is a little thicker than Asus ZenFone 4, it's just a little lighter and incredibly newer. The Asus ZenFone 4 has a little sharper screen than Xperia 5 II, although it has a quite smaller display, a bit lower 1080 x 1920 resolution and a quite worse pixel density.

The Xperia 5 II has just a little better processing power than Asus ZenFone 4, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xperia 5 II also has a larger amount of RAM. Xperia 5 II has a bit bigger storage to install applications and games than Asus ZenFone 4, because although it has an external memory slot that admits 1000 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.

The Sony Xperia 5 II counts with better battery duration than Asus ZenFone 4, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3300mAh. Xperia 5 II features a superior camera than Asus ZenFone 4, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a 12 mega pixels resolution camera, the Xperia 5 II also has a larger aperture for better low-light photos, better video frame rate and a lot bigger sensor shooting lot better quality photos.

Sony Xperia 5 II costs a lot more than Asus ZenFone 4, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
