The Sony Xperia Z3 is a bit better than the Asus ZenFone 4, getting a global score of 77.3 against 74.2. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Sony Xperia Z3 has the older 4.4.4 version and Asus ZenFone 4 has Android 8.0 Oreo. Even being the best in our current comparison, the Sony Xperia Z3 is a much older, a little bit heavier and thicker cellphone than the Asus ZenFone 4.

The Xperia Z3 counts with just a bit better performance than Asus ZenFone 4, because although it has 4 less CPU cores (although they are faster) and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processor. The Xperia Z3 has a better looking display than Asus ZenFone 4, because although it has a little bit darker screen and a little smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 1920 x 1080 resolution, the Xperia Z3 also counts with a just a little greater amount of pixels in each inch in the display.

The Asus ZenFone 4 has a superior memory to install games and applications than Xperia Z3, because it has more internal storage and an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Asus ZenFone 4 features just a little bit longer battery performance than Xperia Z3, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity.

The Xperia Z3 captures slightly better pictures and videos than Asus ZenFone 4, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low-light captures, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same video definition, the Xperia Z3 also counts with a bigger back camera sensor providing a higher image quality and a lot more mega-pixels back-facing camera.

The Xperia Z3 is not only the best devices between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also a bargain compared to the other devices, making it very easy to pick between these devices.
