Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is just a bit better than the Asus ZenFone 4, having an 81.1 score against 74.2. Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is much newer than the Asus ZenFone 4, it is somewhat thicker and a lot heavier. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has older 10 version while Asus ZenFone 4 has Android 8.0 Oreo.
The Asus ZenFone 4 features a slightly better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a bit better quantity of pixels per inch of display. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a little better processing power than Asus ZenFone 4, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Asus ZenFone 4 counts with a way bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Asus ZenFone 4 also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 1,95 TB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Asus ZenFone 4, because it has a 52% greater battery size.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a greater camera than Asus ZenFone 4, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also counts with a way larger sensor which offers a way higher image and video quality and a back camera with much more megapixels.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we compare here, Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is also a lot cheaper, making it an easy decision.
