Galaxy Nexus is an notably older cellphone than the Asus ZenFone 5, but it's thinner and a bit lighter anyway. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Nexus has 4.3 version while Asus ZenFone 5 has Android 4.4 version.
