Huawei nova 3 has an overall score of 76.3, which is slightly better than Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL)'s general score of 74.5. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Huawei nova 3 has the older 8.1 Oreo version and Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL) has Android 9.0 Pie version. Huawei nova 3's body is a little bit heavier but a bit thinner than the Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL), and both of them were only released 3 months apart.
