Comparison review
The OnePlus 9 has an overall score of 76, which is a bit better than the Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL)'s 74.5 general score. Although OnePlus 9 is newer than Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL), it is somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier. Both phones in our current comparison have Android OS, but the OnePlus 9 has the previous 11 version and Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL) has Android 9.0 Pie.
Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL) has a bit more vivid screen than OnePlus 9, although it has a bit smaller screen, a quite lower display pixels density and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2246px. OnePlus 9 features a little bit better performance than Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL), and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 9 also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
The Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL) has a much greater storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than OnePlus 9, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. The OnePlus 9 features a greater camera than Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL), and although they both have the same aperture, the OnePlus 9 also has a much higher resolution camera, a much larger sensor providing a way higher image quality and a lot higher 7680x4320 video resolution.
OnePlus 9 features superior battery performance than Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL), because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
