Comparison review
The Xperia 1 II is way better than the Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL), with a 91 score against 74.5. The Xperia 1 II is a way newer phone than the Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL), although it is a bit thicker and a bit heavier. Both devices in this review come with Android OS (Operating System), but Xperia 1 II has an older 11 version while Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL) has Android 9.0 Pie.
Xperia 1 II counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 II also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Sony Xperia 1 II has a bit better looking screen than Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL), because it has a much better resolution of 1644 x 3840, much more pixels per display inch and a little bigger screen.
Sony Xperia 1 II captures slightly better photos and videos than Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL), and although they both have a back-facing camera with a 12 MP and the same (4K) video resolution, the Sony Xperia 1 II also has a larger aperture to capture better low light photography and video, a way bigger sensor and higher 60 fps video frame rate.
Xperia 1 II features a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games than Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL), because although it has a SD card slot that allows 1000 GB smaller, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. Sony Xperia 1 II has superior battery lifetime than Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL), because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
