Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone has a general score of 77.1, which is just a bit better than Asus ZenFone 5Q's 72.6 general score. Asus ROG Phone's construction is just a little bit thicker and heavier than the Asus ZenFone 5Q. Asus ROG Phone features a little more vivid display than Asus ZenFone 5Q. They have a better quantity of pixels per inch in the screen, exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2160px and a display with the same size.
The Asus ROG Phone features just a bit better performance than Asus ZenFone 5Q, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Asus ROG Phone also has more RAM. Asus ROG Phone features a very superior memory to store more games and applications than Asus ZenFone 5Q, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
The Asus ZenFone 5Q has a lot better camera than Asus ROG Phone, although it has a smaller camera aperture which is worse for low light images and slower 30 frames per second video frame rate, they both have the same video quality. Asus ROG Phone features better battery performance than Asus ZenFone 5Q, because it has a 21 percent bigger battery capacity.
Although Asus ROG Phone is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Asus ZenFone 5Q, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Asus ZenFone 5Q. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Asus ROG Phone, else you can save some dollars and get the Asus ZenFone 5Q, giving up some specs and features.
