Comparison review
The HTC U Ultra has a general score of 77, which is a little bit better than Asus ZenFone 5Q's 72.6 general score. The HTC U Ultra design has the same thickness than the Asus ZenFone 5Q, but it's just a little heavier. The Asus ZenFone 5Q has a little bit better performance than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Asus ZenFone 5Q also has 4 more cores.
HTC U Ultra counts with a bit better looking screen than Asus ZenFone 5Q, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560 resolution and a higher display pixel density. HTC U Ultra takes a bit better videos and photos than Asus ZenFone 5Q, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 video quality and a much less megapixels back camera, it also counts with a bigger aperture for better low light photography.
Asus ZenFone 5Q and HTC U Ultra both count with extremely similar storage capacity to store more games and applications, they have a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB and the same 64 GB internal memory. Asus ZenFone 5Q features a bit superior battery performance than HTC U Ultra, because it has a 3300mAh battery size instead of 3000mAh.
Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Asus ZenFone 5Q, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Asus ZenFone 5Q. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the HTC U Ultra, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Asus ZenFone 5Q, giving up a couple features and specifications.
