Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 20 lite has a score of 76.2, which is a bit better than the Asus ZenFone 5Q's 72.6 general score. Although Huawei Mate 20 lite and the Asus ZenFone 5Q were released with only a couple of months difference, Huawei Mate 20 lite's construction is a little heavier but also just a little thinner.
The Asus ZenFone 5Q and the Huawei Mate 20 lite count with quite similar CPUs, they have the same number of cores and a 4 GB RAM. Huawei Mate 20 lite has a screen that is very similar to the Asus ZenFone 5Q one, although the Huawei Mate 20 lite also has a quite greater count of pixels per inch of screen, a bit bigger screen and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2340.
Asus ZenFone 5Q has a way bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Huawei Mate 20 lite, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory, the Asus ZenFone 5Q also has a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. Asus ZenFone 5Q shoots a bit better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate 20 lite, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for shooting images and video in low light situations and a lower 16 megapixels resolution back camera, it also counts with a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
The Huawei Mate 20 lite has a bit better battery performance than Asus ZenFone 5Q, because it has a 14% larger battery capacity.
