Comparison review
Huawei Mate X2 has a general score of 89.1, which is a lot better than the Asus ZenFone 5Q's global score of 72.6. Huawei Mate X2's design is notably newer, but a little thicker and incredibly heavier than Asus ZenFone 5Q. Huawei Mate X2 features a little bit better looking screen than Asus ZenFone 5Q, because it has a way bigger display, a just a bit more pixels per screen inch and a way better 2200 x 2480 resolution.
Huawei Mate X2 features a bit more powerful processor than Asus ZenFone 5Q, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Huawei Mate X2 also has more RAM memory. Huawei Mate X2 features a superior camera than Asus ZenFone 5Q, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Huawei Mate X2 also has a much higher resolution back-facing camera and a bigger diafragm aperture.
Asus ZenFone 5Q has a bigger memory to store more games and applications than Huawei Mate X2, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Huawei Mate X2 counts with improved battery duration than Asus ZenFone 5Q, because it has a 36 percent bigger battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate X2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Asus ZenFone 5Q, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Asus ZenFone 5Q. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Huawei Mate X2, else you can save some dollars and buy the Asus ZenFone 5Q, giving up a couple features and specifications.
