Sony Xperia 1 II is a lot better than the Asus ZenFone 5Q, getting a score of 91 against 72.6. Sony Xperia 1 II is a just a little heavier phone than Asus ZenFone 5Q, but both are equally thin. The Xperia 1 II features a sharper screen than Asus ZenFone 5Q, because it has a lot better 1644 x 3840 pixels resolution, a bit larger screen and a lot more pixels per inch of display.
