Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi MIX has a general score of 76.2, which is a bit better than the Asus ZenFone 5Q's global score of 72.6. Xiaomi Mi MIX's construction has the same thickness than the Asus ZenFone 5Q, but it's heavier. Xiaomi Mi MIX has a little sharper screen than Asus ZenFone 5Q, because although it has a bit worse display density and a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2040 pixels, it also counts with a quite larger display.
Asus ZenFone 5Q features a bit better processor than Xiaomi Mi MIX, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Asus ZenFone 5Q also has 4 more cores. Xiaomi Mi MIX has a camera that is just as good as Asus ZenFone 5Q's camera, and although the Xiaomi Mi MIX has a larger aperture for better low-light photos, they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the same 30 fps video frame rate and a same resolution camera in the back.
Asus ZenFone 5Q has a much bigger memory to install games and applications than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has 0 less internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. Xiaomi Mi MIX features greater battery life than Asus ZenFone 5Q, because it has a 4400mAh battery capacity against 3300mAh.
Although Xiaomi Mi MIX is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Asus ZenFone 5Q, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Asus ZenFone 5Q. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi MIX, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Asus ZenFone 5Q, letting go a couple specifications.
