HTC U11 is slightly better than the Asus ZenFone 5z, with a 77.6 score against 75.3. Although it's the best phone in this review, the HTC U11 construction is older, just a bit heavier and a little thicker than the Asus ZenFone 5z. HTC U11 features a bit sharper screen than Asus ZenFone 5z, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per screen inch and a higher 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution.
Asus ZenFone 5z has a much better memory to store more games and applications than HTC U11, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB and 256 GB internal memory capacity. Asus ZenFone 5z features a bit faster processing unit than HTC U11, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Asus ZenFone 5z also has more RAM.
Asus ZenFone 5z has a bit better battery duration than HTC U11, because it has a 10 percent more battery size. The HTC U11 takes a lot better videos and photos than Asus ZenFone 5z, because although it has worse video frame rates, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and a same size back camera sensor, the HTC U11 also counts with a larger aperture to take better low-light images.
In addition to being the best phone of the ones we are comparing here, the HTC U11 is also very cheap compared to the other ones.
