Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a general score of 90.9, which is a lot better than Asus ZenFone 5z's score of 75.3. The Huawei Mate 40 Pro design is incredibly newer, but much heavier and somewhat thicker than Asus ZenFone 5z. Asus ZenFone 5z and Huawei Mate 40 Pro have extremely similar screens, although the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also has a higher 1334 x 2772 resolution, a just a little greater pixel density and a little larger screen.
Asus ZenFone 5z has a way bigger storage to install applications and games than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same 256 GB internal memory, the Asus ZenFone 5z also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. Huawei Mate 40 Pro features a bit better hardware performance than Asus ZenFone 5z. They have the same RAM memory amount and 8 CPU cores.
Huawei Mate 40 Pro counts with a lot better camera than Asus ZenFone 5z, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for low light images and video, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also counts with a way bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro has better battery duration than Asus ZenFone 5z, because it has a 33 percent greater battery capacity.
